Tud, Myleigh, and Lancelot are perhaps the only surviving contestants of a British reality dating show broadcast during a massive extinction event. Isolated from the outside world, they dance between denial and acceptance, searching for love and meaning in a pointless, absurd existence.
After coupling up with Myleigh, Lancelot's head is turned when his crush Billie arrives at the “side villa.” A shell of her former self, Billie tries to make sense of the horrors she escaped at main villa, as competition between Myleigh and Lancelot intensifies.

ABOUT HECKLE HER
Heckle Her is a process-driven playground led by playwright and producer Adrienne Dawes. We make original comedies for stage and screen where artists of color, femmes, and they/thems ARE the main character.
We move lightly and land loudly: our play readings pop up a few times a year in dive bars, comedy schools, indie bookstores, community spaces, tiny theaters, friends' backyards and living rooms. We believe in the party - the risk - the spectacle - and the immense joy of sharing space together. Then we rest. We restore. We build something that lasts.
Heckle Her is a sponsored project of Salvage Vanguard Theater and is umbrellaed under its 501 (c)(3) nonprofit status.
