Collin, an insomniac ghostwriter on a deadline, rents a creepy AirBNB in the middle of no place Oklahoma in hopes of finishing his latest horror book for popular author Val Pallingrooth. He invites Trey to join as a cute, lil sexy distraction but sinister forces work overtime to keep Collin asleep . . . and SCREAMING.
